ABOUT CABC - OUR OFFICES

Our business expertise and specialty focuses on two geographic areas with major presence in Azerbaijan since 1997 and going all the way across the Caspian Sea to Central Asia and Russia as well as neighbouring Georgia and other emerging markets in the region. We also have a small presence in North America, where our Canadian office is readily available for an immediate support to our international clients. 

Responding to high demands for our professional advice in Central Asia we have established full time offices in Atyrau, Kazakhstan in 1998 and, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 2020 with the goal to provide our services to our new and existing customer base.

In the nearest future, we are commited to establish a stronger presence in rapidly developing Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, where we operated on project basis ever since establishment of our company in 1997.

Furthermore, we have carefully selected and developed strong and professional relationships with expert organizations from various regions to better cater the local markets and provide our clients with the highest quality of service. OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Adik Babayev

Managing Partner

Adik Babayev has more than 30 years of combined accounting and legal experience in the world of professional services. He has Master Degree in Accounting and Auditing from the St. Petersburg Finance and Economy University and Master Degree in Law from the Moscow State Social University. He is responsible for overall company operations, business development and investment in the emerging markets. 

Adik is fluent in Eglish, Russian, Azerbaijani and good with Turkish ans Spanish.

Blaine Tamplain

Director

Blaine Tamplain has over 30 years working in the Oil & Gas Industry and was also engaged in other major projects of other industries.

He has been a director of Central Asia Business Consultants since 2018.

Previously, Blaine has worked with Alliance International Management as HR/Contract and Personnel Recruiting. He has also spent some time with Bertling Logistics as Contract Personnel Recruiter/Bid Procurement Pricing/Pricing of Oil & Energy and Industrial Projects as well as worked with US Office and Overseas to help oversee clients in Asia, Europe, CIS and other parts of the globe.

Murad Mammadbayov

AZE Branch Manager

Murad has been working with CABC for more than 25 years and gained significant experience in providing tax, accounting, assurance, migration, HR, and other services to CABC Customers in the Caspian Region and Central Asia countries.

Murad has Master degree in Economics. Being Branch Manager he is responsible for overall activities of Azerbaijani office by supervising major engagements with such clients as UNDP, World Bank, USAID, BP, Technip, AIOC, General Electric, RPS, etc.

Murad Mammadbekov is fluent in English, Russian, Azerbaijani and good in Turkish Languages.

 

Aygun Gadirova

Legal & HR Manager

Aygun Gadirova is a Legal and HR Manager at CABC with over 20 years of combined legal and HR experience. Her clients come from number of industries such as construction, pharmaceutical, renewable energy, engineering, oil and gas, aviation, manufacturing and other. Being Legal and HR Manager Aygun specializes in commercial, company, immigration, employment and contract law in all CABC engagements in Caucasus and Central Asia.

Aygun has a Bachelor and a Master Degree in Law.
Aygun is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English and Turkish.

Gulzada Ongerbayeva

KAZ & UZB Branch Manager

Gulzada Ongerbayeva has been working with CABC for more than 15 years leading our operations in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan regions. She also works with major investors and international corporations providing insight on doing business in Central Asia, enhancing their abilities to comply with evolving regulations. 

Gulzada Ongerbayeva holds Bachelor of Finance degree from Pavlodar State University in Kazakhstan followed by postgraduate training in Germany. 

Mrs. Ongerbayeva is fluent in German, English, Russian and good in Azerbaijani and Kazakh.

Akif Aliyev

Tax & Advisory Services

Akif Aliyev has over 30 years of professional experience of which 13 years was spent with the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Akif gained Master Degree in Finance. His clients in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia and other Central Asia countries include such names as Coca-Cola, Permasteelisa, P&G, Tekfen, Technip and others. 

Akif is fluent in English, Russian, Azerbaijani, Turkish.
