AZE - MIGRATION RULES CHANGES

Please be advised that one of the COVID-19 restrictions of the Government of Azerbaijan relating to suspension of  telex/confirmation issuance for visa purposes by its embassies and consulates is now being lifted.

As we were informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as of now the Ministry resumes the process of issuance of telex/confirmation for obtaining of visas through Azerbaijan Embassies/General Consulates.

Essentially, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan gave a green light to issue telex/confirmation for obtaining visas through Azerbaijan Embassies/General Consulates for the period of 30 days single entry visa, 90 days single visa, 90 days multiple visa and 180 days multiple visa. The period of consideration for processing of the documents is 15 business days from the date of submission of application on obtaining telex for visa. State duty for issuance of telex can be paid via bank transfer at any bank in Azerbaijan.
