AZE - NEW REPORTING

Some new reporting requirements have been introduced for legal entities, Branches and Representative Offices as of 2026. Thus, in accordance with the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Registration and the State Register of Legal Entities”, the state register status updates as well as registered data information shall be duly reported annually. Such report should be submitted within one month after the end of each calendar year to the Registration Authority electronically or in paper. This means that any and all registered company, branches and representative offices shall no later than January 31st submit to the Registration Authority (State Tax Service) a report on any changes made to their constituent/corporate documents and registered facts in respect with change of name, change of legal representative (director), change of legal address, increase or descirse of share capital and so on.
